By booking your branding session with ADM Photo & Video you agree, without exception, to the following terms:

1. Appointment Timing

All sessions are scheduled for a one-hour time slot. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will have that time deducted from their session, as we must remain on schedule for other participants.

2. Outfit Changes

Outfit changes are permitted but must be completed within the one-hour session. We cannot extend session times to accommodate wardrobe changes.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your chosen package.

4. Balance & Delivery

The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of the session being completed. Final edited media will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All content remains the copyright of ADM Photo & Video. You are granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the photos and video for your personal branding and marketing purposes. You may not sell, transfer, or allow third-party use of the content without written permission from ADM Photo & Video.

6. Retouching & Edits

Standard light retouching is included and applied at ADM Photo & Video’s discretion. This differs from full studio headshot retouching. Additional edits may be available for an extra fee upon request.

7. External Editing

You may apply your own edits to the unretouched photographs; however, if you do, please do not tag or credit ADM Photo & Video in those versions, as they may not reflect our quality standards or brand.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions cannot be rescheduled to a different day or location without full payment for the new session. The original deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Model Release

By participating in this session, you grant ADM Photo & Video the unrestricted right to use any photos, videos, or behind-the-scenes content from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising. No opt-out is available for this clause.

10. Media Delivery Timeline

• Unedited image gallery: within 48 hours of session completion

• Retouched photographs: within 5 business days after you select your final images

• Edited videos: within 15 business days after you confirm your video clip selection

11. File Types & Access

RAW image or video files will not be provided. You will receive:

• Photos Only package – 15 lightly retouched images plus up to 50 unedited JPG images from your session

• Photo & Video package – Everything in the Photos Only package plus 1 edited Instagram Reel + 10 unedited mp4 video clips
